Released in 1995, the class 31 was a good chassis. Due to the short layshaft it demonstrated the qualities of the smaller diesels, such as the class 20/25/31. Six liveries were released, with two being a special edition. The Railfreight Grey version was the last to be released, in 2000, and is consequently the most rare of the six.
